  • Delivering technically perfect haircuts that are suitable to individual client needs and preferences.
  • Creating a remarkable client experience by adhering to the KEMPT Sequence of Service procedures
  • Front desk duties
  • Marketing and selling products and packages
  • Completing side work that includes, but is not limited to: cleaning equipment and surfaces, sweeping, dusting, inventory, stocking product, tidying up.
  • Reliability in fulfilling schedule commitments
