Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 12 hours before the start of your appointment. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start of your appointment will be charged 50% of the  service total.

A no show will result in a full payment of the missed appointment or deducted from existing pre paid packages before the next service.

After a late cancellation (less than 12 hours before scheduled appointment) or no show, your payment details will need to be kept on file for future appointments.
